Vaccine Policy

*Vaccine Policy Change*

As of January 1, 2017, High Point Pediatrics enforced an immunization policy. We are no longer able to provide care for families who choose not to vaccinate their children.

Vaccinating your child is solely your decision, however, High Point Pediatrics strongly believes in the importance of immunizations and fully supports the childhood immunization schedule established by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

All patients at High Point Pediatrics will be required to follow current AAP/CDC Vaccine Policy or an approved alternative schedule (i.e., Sears).

For those families who choose not to immunize, High Point Pediatrics will do everything possible to provide a smooth transition to another practice.
